Here's a "Did you Know"

Did you know that the trucking industry is suffering from a lack of "Needmoretechsouthereism". Oooooooouch
That's right this field is lacking in technicians for working on trucks,trailers,heavy equipment and trains. Believe me we need more skilled labor out here in the Diesel field. I worked on Ford heavy trucks and equipment for over twenty years. I weighed 140 lbs. So what? Trucks and diesel equipment ain't no different than cars and as a matter of fact there easier to work on. People are intimidated by there size but there are tools and equipment to work on them and make it easy to repair. I loved it and if I wasn't so old I would still be out there wrenchin them. The pay is great and driving and operating them is more fun than watchin a one legged duck swimmin in a circle. Trailer mechanics are hard to find. Trailers need repair and most of them are "Reefers". Now don't get excited, reefer is a refrigerated trailer and if you know anything or can fix air conditioning than "you Da man". Trust me the economy is not so good so they say, but the job market for diesel tech's is screamimg for good help! So get up off you PS3 or Wii or Xbox and go apply at a truck shop and believe me you don't need to know a lot but they will train you. So you start at the bottom, SO what, do you want to eat??? Go for it!! Happy Truckin Y'all
