Troubleshooting Scenario

1994 GMC Suburban SLE 5.7 V-8 Engine TBI Injection
Problem: Hesitation upon acceleration in cold weather 40 degrees or below!
Diagnostic Code: 44 O2 Lean
All sensors have been replaced
TBI overhauled
Fuel pressure 10 PSI.
I have already fixed this problem.
