Fuel Mileage

As I am on my way down the highway, I see a lot of people in the hammer lane doin 70 to 90 miles an hour. I am sayin to my self "Self what is wrong with these people?" don't they realize that gas is almost 4 bucks a gallon? The manufacture puts a placard on the door with recommended fuel mileage and speed limit to match it but I ain't never seen the fuel mileage and speed limit say 90 mile an hour. If everyone and I mean everyone would slow down to the recommended fuel mileage road speed, 1 - you would save fuel, 2 - the price would come down, 3 the economy would be in our favor. The old supply and demand rule falls in here somewhere. Speed up and pay more at the pump Fool, Slow down and pay less for Fuel. I own a GMC Suburban, granted not a great choice but my wife and kids are safe and I get about 20 miles per gallon, good mileage at 60 Miles an hour. If I go faster, Well Let's not talk about that but the POINT is slow down and fuel mileage won't suffer. If we all participate in slowing down, We will then be part of the solution and not part of the problem. Common Sense will tell you that you know I'm right, so what do you say people??

Why don't you reply and voice your opinion. You really need to consider this.
